Volley是Android平台上的网络通信库,能使网络通信更快,更简单,更健壮。但官方原始的版本,对中文支持不行,需要修改源码。

好，替换原来官方的Volley，不乱码了。

没觉得和原版有啥区别，想要传中文参数，还是要用POST模式，存到Map中传输，否则传到后台是问号。
