通过ActiveSync，可在PC端操作WinCE设备的小工具，功能跟原来的远程桌面工具类似，增加了从PC端拷贝文件到CE设备的功能，直接拖拽文件进CE，支持WinCE5.0和6.0。

测试过可以正常使用，节省了将文件下载到WINCE系统中的时间。
