iOS12.2真机调试包，不需要更新xcode，直接下载后解包，然后拷贝粘贴到：/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneO

解压放到路径/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport
