Test Descriptio Performance Requirement

Visual and Dimensional Inspection Must meet or exceed the requirements specified by the most current version of Chapter 6 of the USB Specification.

Insulation Resistance

绝缘电阻 大于等于1,000Ω

Dielectric

 Withstanding Voltage

耐电压 The dielectric must withstand 500V AC for one minute at sea level.

Low Level Contact Resistance

低电平接触电阻 30 mΩ maximum when measured at 20mV maximum open circuit at 100mA.Mated test contacts must be in a connector housing.

在开路最大电流为100 mA电压为20mV情况下最大为30mΩ

Contact Current Rating

温升 1.5A at 250V AC minimum when measured at an ambient temperature of 25℃.with power applied to the contacts ,the △T must not exceed +30℃at any point in the USB connector under test.

相对温度为25℃,250VAC,最小为1.5A。接通电压,测试中端子任一点的温度不超过+30℃。

Contact Capacitance

接触电容 2 pF maximum unmated per contact.

最大为2pF

Insertion Force

插入力 35 N  maximum at a maximum rate of

12.5㎜ per minute

在插入速度不超过每分钟12.5㎜时不超过35N

Extraction Force

拨出力 10 N minimum at a maximum rate of 12.5㎜

Durability

耐用性 1,500 insertion/extraction cycles at a maximum rate of 200 cycles per hour.

Cable Pull-Out

电缆拉出 After the application of a steady state axial load of 40 N for one minute

固定后施加40N的轴向力,一分钟。

Test Descriptio Performance Requirement

Physical Shock

物理冲击 No discontinuities of 1μs,or longer duration when mated USB connectors are subjected to 11ms duration 30 Gs half-sine shock pulses.Three shocks in each direction applied along three mutually perpendicular planes for a total of 18 shocks.

匹配USB端子,中断不得大于或等于1μs,30Gs的半波脉冲承受11ms.从三个正交的方向施加冲击,总冲击数为18次

Random vibration

任意振动 No discontinuities of 1μs,or longer duration when mated USB connectors are subjected to  5.35Gs RMS.15minutes in each of three mutually perpendicular planes

匹配USB端子,中断不得大于或等于1μs,承受5.35Gs RMS.朝各个正交的方向各振动15分钟。

Thermal Shock

热冲击 10 cycles -55℃ and +85℃.The USB connectors under test must be mated.

在-55℃至+85℃中循环10次,端子必须紧密配合。

Flammability  The manufacturer will require its thermoplastic resin vendor to supply a detailed C of C with each resin shipment.The C of C shal clearly show the resin’s Ul listing number,lot number,date code,etc.
