压缩包内共三个文件：WMEncoderSDK.exe---开发Windows Media Encoder 9所需要的sdk；WMEncoder_cn.rar---这是Windows Media Encoder 9补丁包；WMEncScrnCap.zip---前人写的一个demo，比较难找 一并上传吧。挺全的 开发这方面的不要错过呀
