辩论赛计时器，附带辩论流程。为.NET程序，需要Microsoft.NETFramework2.0或以上版本才能运行（WindowsVista及以后版本已集成）。使用时先要把PowerTimer文件夹解压出来再运行其中的PowerTimer.exe。EnhancedGlassButton.dll和PowerTimer.exe在同一文件夹下PowerTimer.exe才能运行。
