用phpstudy搭建PHPweb网站后，登陆后台时出现乱码的问题，直接解压后，先停止phpstudy的服务，然后复制到D:\phpstudy_pro\Extensions\php\php5.2.17nts里边即可，有提示的话一定要覆盖！
