此jar包是JavaComm3串口通信的API，本人在项目中使用此API实现发送手机短信的功能，不过发现Linux平台上，此API可在java Application应用中正常使用，可是如果将项目迁移至Web Application应用，有个无法解决的问题，于是反编译了comm.jar包，修改了以下的三个类 PlatformPortBundle CommProperties CommPortIdentifier 修复了此Bug

有理由据解决类当前问题，但是后边还有问题 OpenJDK Server VM warning: You have loaded library /usr/share/jdk1.8.0_60/jre/lib/i386/libLinuxSerialParallel.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now. It's highly recommended that you fix the library with 'execstack -c
