YAG脉冲激光电源硬件电路的设计

  深入分析了YAG脉冲激光电源的工作原理,根据氙灯特殊的电气特性,设计了硬件电路和软件程序。采用MOSFETS场效应管半桥逆变器,以SG3525为驱动的PWM技术的电源设计,针对氙灯泵浦YAG激光器对驱动源的要求,研制了YAG脉冲激光电源,并提高了开关频率,大大减小了电源的体积和重量。电源在实际运行中稳定可靠。

  Abstract:

  This paper analysed the YAG pulsed laser power working principle in depth, in accordance with xenon lamp special electrical characterisTIcs, it designed hardware circuits and software programs. Using half-bridge MOSFET inverter and SG3525-driven power PWM technology, for xenon lamp-pumped YAG laser on the driver’s request, it developed YAG pulsed laser power. And it improves the switching frequency, greatly reduces the volume and weight of power. In the actual operaTIon, the power is stable and reliable.
