Abstract: A remote monitoring terminal for city street lamp based on GPRS-Internet is presented in this paper, including the system structure, communications, and the implementation of software and hardware for remote monitoring terminal. The remote monitoring terminal connects the GPRS-Internet by GPRS data terminal unit, and realizes the function of remote control, remote measuring and remote communication.
