本文主要针对传统C/S 模式MIS 系统开发中存在的软件系统和数据安全等问题，提
出了一种新的基于.NET 的安全设计方案，使开发出的MIS 系统具有更好的安全性和稳定性，全文给出了一个基于.NET 2005 和SQL Server 2005 的具体实例。

This paper mostly brings forward a new safe designing method basing on .NET, contra
poses the problems of software system and data safety in traditional MIS developing based on C/S. The MIS developed with this method not only has favorable stability but strong security. Finally, an example is illustrated of developing MIS basing on .NET 2005 and SQL Server 2005.
