钢铁厂热处理生产线实现自动化对提高产品质量具有重要意义。本文介绍了自动化系统分层结构设计思想并结合实际进行了系统的分层和控制功能划分。结合现场控制总线的通信机理,阐述了上位机和下位机的通信过程。

Abstract:It is important to implement the produce line automation of the heat treament in steel factories for improving product quality. This paper introduces the idea of design for the delamination structure in automation system, and delaminate the system and partition the function of the system according to actual circumstances. Based on the communication mechanism of the Profibus fieldbus,this paper expatiates the communication implementation and configration of the system .
