单纵模条形半导体激光器中光功率—电流特性扭折的机理

The kinks in the light/current characteristics in a number of (GaAl) As-bombarded stripe lasers operating in single longitudinal mode are observed experimentally and investigated theoretically. Their mechanisms are shown to be the oecurance of the first order lateral mode, and that during their oecu
