yes, it is a very good book for guys who'd like to understand ITIL, IT governance foundation, it provide a very solid benchmark to do a comparison.

very good summary, starting with COBIT as core to compare with ITIL and give an idea of other frameworks, you have to have a little idea about the standards first before you can understand the comparsion though.
